Assetz Capital released it’s new 90 Day Access Account just last week and already it has attracted over ten million GBP in investments.
The new account which targets a return of 5.75 per cent (which the platform says will not change until 31 May 2019) enables investment in mostly secured property with the ability to withdraw capital with just 90 days notice under normal market conditions. This is similar to the companies 30 Day Access account with a slightly better return. Assetz are also offering a 1% cash bonus on the 90 Day Account until May 31st effectively bringing the rate up to 6.75%.
Assetz 90 Day Account is an auto-invest accounts and diversifies funds automatically across multiple loans. As with their other auto-invest account, the 90 Day Account will have the benefit of a discretionary provision fund to protect against loan defaults where the company sees fit.
